     Each class starts with a flowing series to warm up the spine and heat the body, followed by a series of Surya namaskars, and postures to build strength, stability, and stamina. It has a beneficial effect on the mind and body and is highly recommended to reduce stress levels, encourage good moods, and provide extensive physical health benefits
